"Glory, there was nothing you could have done, you would have died with him if you'd tried. He wouldn't have wanted that." Remus soothed, rubbing her shoulder. "You trained him yourself, he thought very highly of you. He would have wanted you to keep fighting. He would tell you, that's the price that comes with this job."

"Glory, unless you've suddenly become a Seer, which you're not, you couldn't have known. What happened was tragic, the only ones at fault are the vampires. I'm sure Colt doesn't blame you in the slightest." Remus moved up to sit beside her on the couch and pull her into his arms. "It''ll be all right, Glory. You're home, you're safe, and we'll get through this."

"Mom, think of this as just one set back. You've come so far with your undercover ops, that the Order of the Phoenix is one step ahead of the Death Eaters and Voldormort." Sirina said seriously. She laid her head on her mothers chest for a few moments. The she sat up and gave her mother an impish grin just like Sirius. "If it's any consellation Mom, you put the idea in my head to become an auror just like you and Dad. And Dorie says she was to be my partner and we cam up with a name: The Infamous Black Cousins ! What do you think?" Sirina asked with a huge grin.

"Er..." Remus cradled Glory against his shoulder. "Sirina, why don't you head into the kitchen and start some tea. You're mother needs to grieve before she can process that news."

"Alright Uncle Moony." Sirina said with a sigh. She stood and made her way to the kitchen. She hoped her mother wouldn't be mad at her for becoming an auror.

Remus continued to comfort Glory while Sirina went into the kitchen to make tea. "It's going to be all right, you'll see."

10 minutes later, Sirina came out of the kitchen with tray full of tea and a plate full of food for her mother to eat so she could keep her strength up. "Uncle Moony, I brought a tray for mom." Sirina said softly.
